The Kingsport Police Department consists of several administrative units that while not as well known as other divisions, are still critical to the day-to-day operations of the department. Without essential departmental functions performed by the Records Division, the Quartermaster/Evidence Unit, Kingsport City Court, and the department’s many volunteers who give of their time freely, the Kingsport Police Department would fail to flourish.
